摘要
以贵港船闸闸墙结构为例 ,利用结构有限元分析程序 (SAP5 )进行大体积砼结构有限元分析的基本原理 ,并结合有限元分析前后处理ViziCAD程序 ,就大体积砼结构有限元分析时的建模、单元划分、添加荷载及约束、计算分析及分析结果后处理方法等作了叙述。同时引用了在该船闸 (前趾 )结构修改设计及施工阶段所作分析结果、应力分析结果、墙顶位移分析结果 ,效果良好。该船闸至今已安全运行多年 ,说明船闸结构设计合理 ,整体稳定性良好 。
Taking the wall structure of Guigang Shiplock as an example, the paper describes the basic principle of finite element analysis on large size cement concrete structure by using SAP5 program. Besides, by linking with ViziCAD program before or after the finite element analysis, the paper also provide the description on the modeling, unit division, load adding, restrict calculation analysis and treatment methods after analysis etc.. At the same time, it introduces the analysis result on stress and wall top displacement during the design of shiplock structure modification and construction, which has good effects. The shiplock has operated safely for years, this shows that the design of shiplock structure is reasonable, the overall stability is quite good and the construction quality is satisfactory.
