摘要
运用有限元方法对承载式散装水泥半挂车车身的结构强度进行分析 ,得出散装水泥半挂车罐体的应力分布 ,并用电测方法对计算结果进行了试验验证。结果表明 ,有限元计算结果可靠。计算结果可以为散装水泥半挂车的结构设计和改进提供理论依据。
In this paper,the integral body intensity analysis of the bulk cement delivery semitrailer was made by ANSYS finite element analysis software.According to analysis result,the problem of the original structure design was laid,and putting forward the improving suggest.Thus,the reliable proof was applied to the exploit of the new productions.
