摘要
对采用真空钎焊技术研制的铝制板翅式冷却器的形状设计及其真空钎焊工艺进行了分析。试验结果表明,LT-3铝制复合板真空钎焊合适的工艺参数为加热温度605~635℃,保温时间4~12min,真空度2.5×10-4Pa。焊制完成的板翅式冷却器水压试验可达到10kg/cm2以上,钎焊接头断口属于解理断口并有少量的韧窝。金相及显微硬度分析表明在钎焊焊缝位置生成了新的组织,并伴有Si在晶界上的偏析。
A new aluminum plate-wing style cooler is developed by using vacuum brazing technique.In this paper the shape design and the vacuum brazing technique of this kind of cooler are analyzed.The testing results indicate that the fitting technical parameters of the LT-3style vacuum brazing aluminum composite plate are:the heating temperature605~635℃ the time keeping warm4~12minutes and the vacuum degree2.5×10 -3 Pa.The pressure of the hydraulic pressure test on this plate-wing cooler is more than10kg/cm 2 .The fracture of brazing joint belongs to the cleavage fracture and with a few cavities.The results of the metallogenetic and micro hardness analysis indicate that there are new phases formed in the brazing joint and Si segregated on the boundary of grain.
