摘要
目前国内市场的四轮定位仪主流产品大多采用CCD传感方式,该方式存在着硬件复杂、成本高等缺点。我们研制开发的基于PSD检测技术的汽车车轮定位光学测量系统,具有电路简单、成本低、分辨率高、工作可靠等优点,主要介绍了该系统的组成、工作原理、硬件及软件的实现方法。
At present most of the popular aligners in domestic markets adopt the CCD sensing mode which has such weak points as complicated hard ware and high cost.The fully wireless measurement system of the automobile alignment which is developed based on the PSD detecting technology is characterized by the simple circuits low cost and high resolution ratio and high working reliability.This paper introduces the system composition operating principle and implementation of the hard ware and soft ware.
