摘要
为了在设计阶段有效地控制船体有害振动的出现 ,根据船舶振动的理论 ,结合挖泥船激励和结构特点 ,在方案设计和技术设计阶段对 30 0方耙吸挖泥船主船体总振动分别利用 Todd方法和迁移矩阵法进行了预报分析。基于三维空间板梁结构分析模型 ,用有限元技术对上层建筑甲板局部振动进行了计算 ,振动主要是通过频率储备来控制 ,评判标准采用 CCS颁布的《船上有害振动的预防》[1 ]建议值。
According to ship vibration theory and structure and excitation characteristics of the dredge, Todd method and matrix displacing method were used in basic and detail design of the 300 m 3 dredge for its overall hull vibration in order to prevent this dangerous hull vibration early in the design stage. Base on the structure analysis model of the plate beam in 3 dimensional space, the local vibration of the superstructure deck is calculated with finite-element method, and the vibration is mainly controlled by means of frequency reservation. It is evaluated according to the suggested value of CCS 《prevention of harmful ship vibration》. The method presented in this paper for controlling harmful ship vibration can serve a reference to the design of other types of ships.
