摘要
大规模定制生产模式,是继大规模生产和精益生产方式后又一极具竞争力和生命力的新型生产模式。目前已被很多国外企业所认识和采用,并取得了令人满意的效益。中国制造企业应该根据自己的实际情况,走一条符合自身特点的大规模定制之路。文章分析了传统企业存在的问题,提出了现阶段在我国企业中实施大规模定制的措施。
MC (Mass Customization) is another competent and promising production mode following MP (Mass Production) and LP (Lean Production). Up to now, it has been recognized and adopted leading to great achievements. Therefore, manufacturers in China should take different ways to MC based upon their own conditions. This paper discusses existing problems in traditional manufacturers, and presents ways for manufacturers in China to implement MC.
