摘要
对预形变后45钢及60 Si2Mn 钢试样的微塑性变形行为进行了测试。试验结果表明,在所测试的结构钢中,宏观强度指标与微屈服强度指标有着不同的变化规律。预形变后进行适当的后继处理可以大大提高材料的微屈服抗力。文中从位错运动的观点对实验结果进行了分析与讨论。
The behaviours of microplastic deformation in prestrained 45 and 60Si2Mnsteel specimens were investigated.The results show that the regularities of the variationof macro and microyield parameters are different in both structural steels tested.An adequatesubsequent treatment after prestraining would drastically increase the resistance to microyielding.The experimental results were analysed and discussed from the viewpoint of dislocation movement.
