4Cr14Ni14W2Mo钢氮化层剥落机理探讨

摘要 研括了4Cr14Ni14W2Mo钢锻造变形量对晶粒度的影响,用TEM、SEM、X射线衍射仪和俄歇能谱仪对氮化层显微组织、剥落面形貌等分别进行了分析。结果表明,锻造加热温度高于1180℃。变形量小容易造成晶粒粗化。氮化层中析出CrN 产生51%体积膨胀,是导致氮化层剥落的主要应力来源。晶界和孪晶界碳化物成网膜状、晶粒粗大、氮化操作不当容易引起氮化剥落。 The influence of the forging deformation degrees on the grain size of4Cr14Ni14W2Mo steel has been investigated.The microstructure and the fractograph of thepeeling off nitrided layer were analyzed by means of TEM,SEM,X-ray diffraction and ScanningAugermultip-probe respctively.The results showed that the coarse grain is easily formed when theforging deformation is minor and forging temperature is over 1180℃.The stresses causing thenitrided layer to peel off come from the precipitation CrN particles which lead to the volumeexpansion by 51%.The coarse grain,the carbide network at the graim boundaries or the twinboundaries,and the inappropriate nitriding operation are the primary factors causing the nitridedlayer to peel off.
