摘要 本文研究了合浦珠母贝精子和卵子的发生过程,详细描述了原始生殖细胞,精原细胞,卵原细胞,精母细胞,卵母细胞以及精子和卵子的形态结构;另外还报道了合浦珠母贝中独特的精、卵退化现象,并讨论了它们对合浦珠母贝人工育苗生产的影响。 About 20 pearl oysters (Pinctada martensii Dunker) collected each month from Waisha Pearl Farm of Beihai, Guanxi were used for the study of gametogenesis of this clam. This paper gives the detailed descriptions of the cytological characteristics of each developmental stage. They were primordial germ cell, primary and secondary spermatogonium or oogonium, primary and secondary spermatocyte or oocyte, matured sperm or egg and degenerated sperm or egg. The primordial germ cell was big and irregular, its mitosis was also observed. The eggs were usually retarted in its follicles and then degenerated. Two kinds of degenerative type had been cheaked out, one named Shrinking type and the other named Pycnotic type. Sperms degenerated in an other way, they were phagocytized in their winter's follicles.
