摘要
用多元回归分析法给出了由合金元素计算的能得到完全马氏体的临界冷却速度V_M 的经验公式,并建立了两种淬透性表示量V_M 和理想临界直径D_I 的定量关系式,从而可由合金元素含量或直接从连续冷却曲线CCT 上求出V_M,为了比较还可换算为D_I。这些公式可应用于从亚共析碳钢到低、中合金钢整个领域。
With multi-factor regression analysis,we present on experiential formulaof the critical cooling rate V_M,which is to be calculated by the compositions of the steel.Thequantitative relation relation between V_M and the ideal critical diameter D_I has been established,both of them may represent the hardenability.Therefore V_M can be obtained by the compositionsof the steel or the continuous cooling transformation CCT diagram directly,then we can convertV_M into D_I for comparison.These formulas can be applied to general constructional steels includ-ing hypoeutectoid carbon steels to low-medium alloy steels.
