摘要
对我国52种微茎类吸虫的18项成虫形态学特征进行主成分分析,结果表明:卵巢位置、子宫延伸位置等7项性状对第一主成分贡献较大,提示描述器官位置的指标是重要的分类依据。52个虫种在前三个主成分上的排序图显示应将其划分成4个亚科。
Eighteen morphological structural characteristics of 52 species of microphallids from China were studied by principal component analysis. The results were given as follows:1. Among 18 characters, 7 characteristics made greater contributions to the first principal component. They were position of ovary, extending position of uterus, ratio of body length to width, position of testes, anterior position of vitelline glands, terminal position of caeca and position of the broadest width on body. The characteristics describing the organs' positions may play important roles in the taxonomy of microphallid trematodes.2. According to the ordinations by the first 3 principal components, 52 species of microphallids may be divided into 4 groups, so 4 subfamilies may be suggested. They were Maritre-matinae Lal, 1939, Odhneriinae subf. nov., Microphallinae Ward, 1901 and Gynaecotylinae Guschanskaia, 1952.
