摘要
介绍了一个面向电网发展规划的智能地理信息系统的设计与开发 ,对系统功能及实现进行了详细的阐述 ,探讨了其中的关键技术 。
In this paper, an intelligence geography information system which is designed and developed on electric network developing programming is introduced,and the function and realization of the system is elaborated.Also discuss the key technique in the system and introduce briefly new structure and technology of GIS.
