摘要
将面向对象的程序设计方法有机地与实际工程相结合,大大提高了系统的可靠性、稳定性和程序的开发速度。在分析蒸球蒸煮过程数学模型的基础上,提出了有限步积分带补偿变系数PID算法。该算法用于某造纸厂六个蒸球的工艺曲线跟踪后,蒸球曲线的精度大为提高。
In this paper, the programmeddesign method and project are combined to improve system's reliability,stability and developspeed. On the base of analyzing the mathmodel about boiling procedure of boilingball, a new arithmetic called limited step,integral with compensate and verifiedcoefficient PID is provided. The precision of boilingball curve is improved vividly after using this arithmetic in six boilingballs' tracking in someone factory.
