摘要
研究慢性肺原性心脏病计算机诊断。采用PROLOG语言及BASIC语言,将疾病的资料编写成适合计算机语言和程序编写的格式,在病人资料录入的过程中完成数据库的建立,将疾病的鉴别、诊断资料输入数据库,并编写成不同的代码作为知识库,通过推理机完成推理诊断。通过临床381例患者的验证,其诊断符合率为100%。本专家系统信息量大,科学性强,层次清楚,操作简便,适合临床推广应用。
It is a study on the computer diagnosis on chronic pulmonary heart disease.PROLOG and BASIC are adopted to compile to the format applicable to computer language and program compilation.The database can be established in the process of putting in cases description into the computer. The differential diagnosis information is entered into database and complied to different codes as the knowledge base.The deduction diagnosis will be achieved through the code conversion of deduction machine.It has been verified by 381 clinic cases that the compliance of diagnosis is 100%.This expert system is of a huge amount of messages, which are scientific and clearly classified. It is convenient to operate, and suitable to widely applied in the clinic therapy.
