用多肉植物米邦塔仙人掌优良品种的茎段作为外植体,获得再生植株,并从愈伤组织形成、芽诱导、芽增殖,到诱导生根培养,建立起完整的微型快速繁殖体系。这些工作为快速商业化生产和种质保存奠定了技术基础。
The sterns of Opuntia ficus-indica Milpa Alta, a species of succulent, were used as explants to regenerate plants. A complete system of clonal micro-propagation was established, including the formation of callus, the inducement of buds, the multiplication of buds and the generation of roots. It laid the technical foundation for quickening the plant's industrial production and resource conservation.
