摘要
对使用腐植酸共聚物改良后土壤酶活性进行了研究。实验结果表明改良后的土壤蔗糖酶、脲酶、蛋白酶和多酚氧化酶的活性增强。土壤酶活性的提高表明改良后的土壤结构、性能更适宜土壤微生物的繁殖和生长 ,土壤中的微生物量增加。
We studied soil enzyme activities in the soil amended with humic acid copolymers. The experimental results showed that the activities of sucrase, urease, protease and polyphenoloxidase were enhanced. Increased soil enzyme activity means that the amended soil structure and properties were very beneficial to the reproduction and growth of soil microorganisms.
