黑龙江省森工林区土地资源优化配置与林种结构调整

Soil Resource Optimum Disposition and Forest Type Regulation of Forest Industry Region in Heilongjiang Prorince

以地理信息系统为手段,利用森林经理调查和连续清查固定样地数据,在分析土地资源结构现状、生态环境及林种结构现状后,对黑龙江省森工林区的土地资源配置和林种结构进行了优化调整。结果表明:目前黑龙江省森工林区土地资源配置及林种结构极不合理,经过土地资源优化配置和林种结构调整后,黑龙江省森工林区用于生态公益林的土地资源增加,生态公益林面积比例超过70％。这对于保护黑龙江省森工林区的森林资源,促进天然林的可持续经营将具有非常积极的现实意义。

After analyzing the present state of soil resource pattern, ecological environment and forest type structure, by using the fixed of forest industry region in Heilongjiang province with the GIS techniques. It'shows that the soil resource pattern and forest type structure of the forest industry region are not legal. The soil resource used in ecological public benefit forest will be increased to more than seventy percent . The measure of increasing percetage of public benefit forest will play an important role to enforce the sustainable management of nature forest and to protect nature forest of the forest industry region in Heilongjiang province.
