摘要
本文采用超薄层聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法及FSZ-A凝胶电泳扫描器,以研究三种育珠蚌的外套膜边缘膜、斧足以及后闭壳肌中酯酶同功酶的差异性。经测试后发现:异种育珠蚌之间,三种器官中酯酶酶带总数存在着种间差异性;同种蚌(或同一个体)的不同器官之间,存在着器官间的差异性;异种蚌的同种器官之间,也存在着种间差异性。这些差异性,其根本原因,是由基因之间的差异性引起的。也就是说,基因之间的差异性,直接影响或决定了本文中各器官内酯酶同功酶酶谱之间的差异性。
In this paper, We used ultrathin polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and FSZ-A gel electrophoresis scanning device to study the differences between lipase isozymes from periphery membrane of overcoat membrane, axe foot and rear close shell muscles of three mussel species respectively. It was found that there are some differences in the total mumber of enzyme bands between lipases of three organs from different species of breediag-pearl freshwater mussel; there are organic differences between diffrent organs in the same species or in same individual; there are also differences between same organs from different species. These differences are caused by the difference of genes which direct affect or determine the lipase isozymes of different organs.
