故障诊断学用于异形石材数控机床的研究

摘要 本文分析了一种异形石材数控车床的工作原理和控制原理,在这个基础上,利用故障诊断学的理论建立了该机的故障树。并用布尔代数的方法确定系统的最小割集,计算结构重要度。本文分析研究的成果可实用于该机的故障诊断和维护管理。 Fault diagnosis has long been a big matter of CNC machine for working special - shaped stone. This paper researches on use of fault diagnostics in the machine. The principle of work and control of a CNC lathe for working special - shaped stone was analysed first. Then, a reasonable system Fault - Tree was set up, qualitative and quantitative analysis based on the construction functions obtained was done. The achievements in the research and analysis may apply to practical fault diagnosis and equipment management of the lathe.
