摘要
陇东油田采出水属碳酸氢钠型高矿化度水 ,水中含有大量硫酸盐还原菌 (SRB)和腐生菌 (TGB) ,并且具有 p H值高、碱度大、含油量高及悬浮物含量高等特点 .这种特性的水极易造成设备和管线的腐蚀 .本文根据陇东油田采出水的特点 ,对该系统的腐蚀因素进行了定量的分析和研究 ,确定了矿化度、溶解氧、二氧化碳、硫化氢、细菌以及水中悬浮物和含油量等对腐蚀的影响和作用 。
The watertype of the oily wastewater, which was exploited with oil extraction in Longdong Oil Field, is NaHCO 3 characterized. There is a lot of SRB and TGB in the water that has some special trait such as high pH, heavy alkalinity and serious mineralization as well as lots of oil and suspense. The wastewater easily causes erosion of the equipment and pipeline. This paper presents a quantita live study on the erosion factor of this system according to the quality of the wastewater. The result indicated that mineralization, DO, CO 2 , H 2 S, bacteria, oil and suspension are the main erosion factors. At the same time, some feasible measures are suggested to prevent the erosion.
