成本控制是企业取得良好经济效益的核心.建立项目成本跟踪的管理机制,完善项目承包责任制,落实项目降本增效激励机制,实行预算会计人员委派制,以及实行项目完工清算决算制,是控制项目施工成本的关键.
The cost control is the key to good econmic benefit.The measure is that we should establish the project cost management system,improve the contract duty system,implement the costdown and benefit-up encourage system,make the budget accoutant system and the final cost system.
