摘要 通过对三种高合金冷作模具钢的冲击磨损试验,及磨损表面的SEM 形貌分析,联系钢的力学性能和显微组织,分析了试验钢的磨损行为。试验结果表明,高硬度冷作模具钢的磨损特性受其基体韧性及碳化物的影响很大;新型冷模具铡GM 的耐磨性优于Cr 12 MoV 和D 2钢,可望在精密、耐磨冷冲模具上获得广泛应用。 Wear behaviors of three die steels 9Cr6W3Mo3V2(abbreviated to GM),Cr12MoV and D2 have been analysed by means of impact wear test,and the wear surfaces,related tomicrostructure and mechanical properties of steels tested,were investigated by means of SEM.The results show that matrix toughness and carbides have great effect on the wear feature ofcold work die with high hardness.The wear resistance of the new type die steel GM is higherthan that of steels Cr12MoV and D2.It will be widely used in punching dies with better wearresistance and higher precision.
