摘要
EPS是一种高效油水分离装置 ,它具有处理效率高、适用范围广、易清洗维护、便于操作、处理费用低等特点。克服了斜板除油器出水油含量较高 ,对高密度油去除效果差的缺点 ,其最佳去除效率可达 99%。EPS目前已被应用到国内外众多含油废水处理工程中 ,介绍了其具体工艺流程和参数 。
Egg Shape Plate Separator (EPS) is a kind of oil water separators, which has advantages of high removal efficiency, large removal capacity and easy to operate and maintain, also the operating expense is low. By using it, the disadvantages of plate separator such as higher oil residue in outflow and poor removal of high density oil can be overcome. The best oil removal of EPS can reach to 99%. It has been applied in many oil wastewater treatment projects home and abroad with fair results.
