引导组织生长硅橡胶人工颅骨的研制及皮下植入试验 被引量:1

摘要 为减少颅骨修补术后皮下积液及响颅综合症的发生 ,研制一种新型引导组织生长硅橡胶人工颅骨。通过模压方法制备硅橡胶颅骨 ,采用硅橡胶粘合剂在颅骨的外表面复合聚酯无纺布 ,并进行了物理、化学性能和生物安全性评价。家兔皮下种植实验表明 ,聚酯无纺布具有显著诱生组织细胞爬生作用 ,引导组织生长硅橡胶人工颅骨是一种安全。 In order to reduce the occurrence of subdermal liquid accumulating and sound-skull syndrom, we developed a novel silicone rubber artificial skull of inducing tissue growth. Silicone rubber skull was made by model method, and the polyester nonwoven fabrics adhered to the external surface of silicone rubber skull by medical silicone adhesive. The physical?chemical and biological properties were tested. The rabbits subdermal implant test indicated that the polyester nonwoven fabrics had an apparent role of inducing tissue cell growth. Therefore, silicone rubber artificial skull of inducing tissue growth is a safe and steady product of repairing skull.
