摘要
6063铝型材经阳极氧化后表面常会出现闪烁花纹。探讨了氧化前处理、铸锭质量和热处理对阳极氧化膜表面质量的影响,从理论上分析了闪烁花纹出现的根本原因,并提出了预防措施。
Spangling lines often appear on surface of anodized type 6063 aluminum alloy sections. The effects of pretreatment, quality of aluminum ingot and thermal treatment on appearance of oxide film were discussed. Fundamentals for the formation of spangling lines were investigated theoretically, and preventive measures were presented.
