摘要
从中国石化集团公司赋予企业文化新的内涵的角度出发,重点就“外部市场化,内部紧密化”的经营机制进行分析;并论述了建立和完善这一新的经营机制必须实现的“三个转变”,必须抓好的“三个环节”。
In the point of the new contents of enterprise culture endowed by SINOPEC, analyzed the managerial mechanism of 'Externally market, internally compact', illustrated the 'Three Transition' which must be complemented and 'Three links' to set up and perfect this new managerial mechanism.
