摘要
提出了热处理双相钢08 Mn 2Si 用于制绳钢丝的工艺程序;线材的强度超过1800 MPa,抗扭转指标T_n 和反复弯曲致断次数B_n 均合格。采用双相钢可免去传统钢丝生产中有污染之害的铅淬处理和降低成本。
A reasonable procedure of heat-treated dual-phase steel 08Mn2Si for rope wirehave been proposed.The tensile strength (?) of the wire will exeed 1800 MPa while the numbersof torsion to failure Tn and the reversible bending to break Bn are up to the standard valuesrespactively.If the technique would be popular ized,the patent treatment which is costly andeauses the environmental pollution could be substituted.
