摘要
陕西农业在改革中取得了长足的发展,实现了丰年有余的历史性跨越,但整体状况还较差,存在不少发展中的问题。加入WTO以后,陕西农业既迎来了不少机遇,但也面临许多挑战。面对新的形势,财政应以抓住机遇,迎接挑战为主线,适时调整支农政策,以保证陕西农业实现国际性跨越。
Shaanxi agriculture has developed notably and made a historical breakthrough with a margin. But in general, there are many problems in development. Shaanxi agriculture meets many opportunities and challenges after joining WTO. For reason of shaanxi agriculture making an international breakthrough, public finance must seize the opportunities and adjust the strategy to support agriculture development timely on the new condition.
