摘要
从企业战略管理发展的历史看 ,企业战略管理分别经历了以环境、产业 (市场 )结构、资源和知识为基础的三个发展阶段。随着知识经济时代的来临 ,知识管理对企业核心竞争优势形成的重要作用将会显得越来越明显。在知识经济时代 ,企业应该加强知识管理 ,力图从知识的吸收与创新、维护与保护、传递与共享、建立知识联盟等四个方面促进企业竞争优势的形成。
from the perspective of historical logic of the development of enterprise strategic management, summarizing the three enterprise strategic management, i.e, environment-based, industry (market) structure-based and resources & knowledge-based management. To analyze the great function of knowledge management will do to the forming of enterprise competing advantage in the era of knowledge economy. It also tries to explore the path to the forming of enterprise competing advantage by dealing with knowledge absorbing and innovation, knowledge maintenance and protection, knowledge transfer and sharing, as well as the establishment of knowledge alliance.
