摘要
商业银行应以产品创新抢占金融市场的制高点 ,提升核心竞争力。当前我国商业银行金融产品研发工作存在着创新程度低 ,同质化现象严重 ,缺乏统一规划和市场分析预测不足等问题。商业银行应理顺新产品研发机制 ,重点抓好新产品开发的立项评审、项目开发、验收评估等几个主要环节 ,使之朝着规范化、科学化、标准化的方向发展。
The commercial banks must seize the commanding point of the financial market and promote the power of kernel competitive by the product innovation. Presently there are some problems in the research and development of financial products of commercial banks, such as lower degree of innovation, serious product similarities, lack of integrate program and marketing analysis and forecast. The commercial bank should rationalize the mechanism of new product's R&D, center on the several key links such as the project evaluation of new product development and project development and check before finishing, and lead them to the direction of normalization, scientification and standardization.
