摘要
企业核心能力是在市场竞争中使企业长期持续发展、获得超额垄断利润并为顾客带来更多独特价值的能力。企业竞争实质上是核心能力的竞争。在海外资本加速向我国旅游服务领域渗透的时代背景下 ,我国内资旅行社最大的劣势就在于缺乏核心能力 ,只有培育、保持并运用核心能力开拓市场 ,内资社才可能取得并维持竞争优势。
The core competence of the enterprises is their ability that makes themselves develop continually and obtain maximum profits, and that brings the customers more special values. The core competence is considered the source of the competitive advantage. Under the situation of foreign enterprises enlarging their investment in Chinese tourism industry, our Chinese travel services face the biggest problem which is lacking core competence. Only through cultivating and developing the core competence, Chinese travel services enable to achieve and keep their competitive prepotencies.
