摘要
高等学校教学质量保障体系的特点与核心,都贯穿着追求与确保教学质量的线索。ISO9000国际质量管理体系“过程控制”、“质量改进”的基本思想,同样适用于学校的教育过程,只不过在运用时要树立新的教育服务现、产品观和质量现,强调尊重教育规律与尊重管理规律的统一,强调教学质量持续的改进,不硬搬制造业应用ISO认证标准的范例,坚持“以人为本、依法治校、科研兴校、民主理校、规范持续发展”的方针。唯此,高校质量管理引进ISO认证才可行并具有推广价值。
The basic concepts of process control' and quality improvement' in ISOauthentication are also suitable for the process of school education. But in applying the authentication standards to quality management in colleges and universities, we should implant in mind the new viewpoint and awareness on service, products and quality in terms of education, stress the unity between respecting the laws governing education and respecting the laws governing management, and emphasize the sustained improvement of teaching quality. And we also must adhere to the principle of 'anthropocentric management, management by law, developing through scientific research, democratic management and sustained development'.
