摘要
直接冷凝器升气管堵塞的原因一是升气管口有冷热交替区 ,没有被循环EG捕集下来的低聚物冷凝在管口 ,不断增多 ,导致升气管口完全堵塞 ;二是在高负荷下进入冷凝器的蒸气量增大 ,雾沫夹带量也增多 ,夹带的低聚物不断冷却黏附在升气管口。在高负荷下 ,为保持正常运行 ,用热EG定时冲洗升气管口 ,可以避免直接冷凝器升气管的堵塞。
The reasons for the plug of direct condenser vapour line,one is that there is a hot and cool replace area at the outlet of vapour line,the low polymer which is not caught by the recycle EG is condensed at the exit, the second is that the vapour quantity entered the condenser under high load is increased,the entrainment is increased ,the entrainment low polymer continual cooling and adhered at the outlet of the vapour line.under the circumstance of high load,to keep the normal operation,hot EG washing are used timely to wash the outlet of vapour,the direct condenser vapour line plug can be avoided.
