热媒炉重油燃烧的控制分析

阐述了点火程序控制和热媒温度控制及相关故障的分析处理方法。采用仪表空气雾化重油 ,加长 2 0cm导杆连接导线连接热媒电阻 ,修改电路使风机和油泵同时开启 ,迅速上升油温油压等技术改造 ,减少故障 ,提高燃烧稳定性 ,保证聚酯生产负荷从 180t d扩容到 2 80t d。

The control of ignition program,HTM temperature and its correlation between breakdown analysis and treatment methods are described.The technology modification such as misting heavy oil with instrument air,guide rod link wire is enlengthed 20 cm to link up the HTM electric resistance,modifying the circuit to start the blower and oil pump at the same time,raising the oil temperature and oil pressure rapidly are used to reduce the breakdown and increase the burning steability,guarantee the PET production load increase from 180 t/d to 280 t/d.
