摘要 以锂辉石、锂长石、锂云母为原料,在浮法玻璃组成中引入氧化锂,研究了对浮法玻璃熔制特性和玻璃性质的影响,在此基础上评价氧化锂用于浮法玻璃的可能性。研究结果表明:添加0.04~0.24 wt%的氧化锂可以降低熔制温度5~30℃(玻璃中氧化铝含量为0.9 wt%);氧化锂对玻璃的转变温度和析品行为有显著影响,在所研究的组成范围内,转变温度T(?)和软化温度Tf下降10~20℃,析晶上限温度提高30℃,另一方面,氧化锂可增加玻璃的密度,提高玻璃的化学稳定性。 In this paper, Li2O was introduced to float glass batch via spodumene, lithium feldspar and lithium mica. The effect of the addition on the melting and on the properties of float glass was discussed aimed to evaluate the potential application of Li2O in float glass industry. The results show that the addition of Li2O with 0. 04 % to 0. 24 % (wt%) could decrease melting temperature by 5 -30℃ (0. 9 % Al2O3). It has marked influence on glass transformation temperatureTgand crystallization behavior of the glass. Li2O decrease Tg and Tf by 10-20℃ and move the crystallization range to higher temperature about 30℃. On the other hand, it increases the density and improves the chemical durability of glass. Li2O has potential application possibility in float glass industry.
