摘要
在与各类泵对比分析的基础上,论述了滑片自吸泵的吸入条件,指出滑片自吸泵吸入装置必须满足吸入能力的要求。对火车卸槽、码头卸油等常用工况进行了计算,给出了无气阻、无汽蚀时泵的安装条件,为泵的选用与吸入装置的设计提供了方便。
On the basis of compared and analytical results of all sorts of pumps, the suction condition of self-sucking sliding-vane pump is described. It is pointed out that the sucking device of the pump must meet the needs of sucking ability. The derivation and summary of equations used in products unloading in rail tanker and oil wharf are provided. In the article,the installation condition of pump without air-lock and cavitation are given.
