输油管道膨胀泄压进罐方式及改进措施

摘要 分析了拱顶罐、浮顶罐罐前膨胀管的常见设置结构及不足之处,针对其存在的问题提出了相应的改进措施。在拱顶罐罐前膨胀管末端增焊一弧形挡板,使其与罐壁的距离不大于25mm,可以有效地减少了胀溢入罐油品飞溅引起的静电;采用温度计管嘴与罐壁直接焊接后再连接法兰管、增装截止问和止回阀的方法,改进了浮顶罐新型膨胀泄压方式中膨胀管的倒“U”型结构,避免了常见浮顶罐膨胀管设置中胀溢油品从罐顶进罐的弊端,防止了罐内油品的外泄。 In this paper, the structural defects of the dilated-oil-bleeder, the tank-front equipment installed in dome roof tank and the floating roof tank,is analyzed. The improvement measures are put forward,including installing ari arc-fender at the end of the bleeding pipeline and the distance between the fender and the tank wall must be less than 25 mm to prevent the oil dropping from producting static electricity; a thick wall' thermometer tube is welded with the tank wall and then connected with a piece of flange; the globe valve and check value are connected with the flange; the' ∩ '-shape structure of the dilated-oil-bleeder in the floating roof tank is improved. With these measures,the oil stored within the tank is effectively prevented from escaping.
