大庆油田地面工程优化调整改造基本思路

The Basic Concept of Readjustment and Reconstruction of the Surface Engineering Optimization of Daqing Oilfield

分析大庆油田十五期间及以后,控制能耗和成本面临的形势和困难。提出了优化调整改造地面工程的基本思路:针对部分系统及区域低效运行问题,通过优化调整改造,提高系统运行效率,降低运行费用;针对油田生产成本控制难度增大的问题,采取有效措施,努力降低水、电、气等生产消耗;针对聚驱采油的新形势,通过统筹规划,有序调整,解决聚驱采油的新矛盾。

Analyzed the confronted situation and difficulties of energy consumption and cost control for Daqing oilfield in the period of “tenth five year-plan”and later. Put forward the basic philosophy of optimization of the surface engineering reconstruction;Against the low efficient operation of some systems and areas,through optimum readjustment and reconstruction,raise the operation efficiency of the system,lower the operation cost;Against the ever-growing difficulty problem of oilfield production cost control,adopt the effective measure to reduce the production water,electricity,gas consumption;Against the new situation of polymer drive recovery,through overall planning,sequence readjustment to solve the new contradiction of the polymer drive recovery.
