摘要
本文探索了在草酸和硫酸电解液中,铝阳极氧化自组织形成有序纳米六方结构氧化铝的条件。研究发现,在两种酸中铝箔均可氧化得到高度有序的六方孔阵,其有序区域的尺寸与施加的外电压和电流效率有关。并提出了金属铝箔与形成的氧化铝界面间的机械应力是由于相邻孔间产生排斥力的原因所在,这种排斥力的存在促进了其有序孔阵的形成。
The conditions for self-organized formation of nano-sized and ordered hexagonal anodic alumina arrays were investigated for both solutions of oxalic acid and sulfuric acid as electrolyte.Highly ordered hexagonal pore arrays were obtained for oxidation in both acids.The consequence is correlated with applied voltage and current efficiency for oxide formation,The mechanical stress at the aluminum/alumina interface is proposed to cause repulsive forces between the neighboring pores that promote the formation of highly ordered hexagonal pore arrays.
