定向井钻柱提升载荷系数的探讨

文章对定向斜井井深曲线不同井段内钻柱的提升力,计算方法进行了分析,从钻机设计和选用角度综合考虑,对钻柱自重为基数的提升载荷系数及其对钻柱提升力的影响进行了探讨,得出了简化计算公式,其结论对钻机设计和选用具有一定的实用价值。

This paper analyzes the lifting calculation method for drilling stem at different sections of directional inclined well curve.In general consideration of the design and selection of a rig,the approach is made for lifting load factor based on cardinal number of drilling stem weight and the effectiveness of drilling stem lifting.A simplified calculation formula is obtained.The result shows that the simplified calculation formula is with a practical value for rig design and selection.
