摘要
从硬件和软件2方面讨论了潜油电泵机组振动检测与故障诊断系统的设计与实现。该系统引入了模糊神经网络模型,集信号采集、处理、状态监测和故障诊断等功能于一体,具有运行稳定、操作简单等特点。经过在试验井上的调试运行,系统能够实现潜油电泵振动性能质量的准确、自动评价,具有良好的推广应用价值。
The design and implementation of the vibration detection and fault diagnosis system of Electric Submersible Pump (ESP) are presented. Based on a Fuzzy Neural Network (FNN) model, the system integrates such functions as data acquisition, data procession, condition monitoring and fault diagnosis, and is featuring running stably and easy operation. The practical operation results show that the system is quite effective in achieving the correct evaluation about vibration performance of the ESP and has practical and applicable value.
