摘要
目前,对抽油杆的自动探伤主要有涡流、漏磁、磁粉及超声方法,各有其优缺点及适用范围。磁粉法优点是表面探伤灵敏度高,显示直观,对超声、涡流、漏磁检测无法达到的杆端探伤,磁粉法易于实现,缺点是自动化程度低,仍需要肉眼观察,通常与涡流、漏磁检测线配套使用。文章概述了抽油杆磁粉探伤机电路工作原理、结构特点及其主要技术参数。该机适用于旧抽油杆的修复检测。
Eddy current, magnetic leak, magnetic particle and ultrasonic test are the main methods used for pumping rod test. Every method has its own virtues, defects and suitable range. Magnetic particle testing is highly sensitive and displays directly the flaw, but the level of its automation is lower than other methods, the flaw should be eye observed when testing. As a rule, the magnetic particle test is usually used together with eddy current and magnetic leak tests. The article narrates circuit work principle, the composition, characteristics of the structure, major parameter and suitable range of the magnetic particle flaw detector. The detector is able to inspect minute flaw.
