目前,管式泵(或杆式泵)都是由泵筒、活塞及一个固定阀(板阀或球阀)组成。泵的固定阀在抽油生产过程中易磨损漏失,特别是在稠油井的使用中,球阀常常会因油稠关闭迟缓漏失严重,加上稠油流体流经固定阀狭窄的通道时阻力很大,造成泵的吸入充满系数很低。因此,根据现场实际情况,研制了无固定阀,并具有耐稠油、防砂卡、防气锁、不用动管柱就能正反洗井和压井等多种功能的新型泵,该泵在胜利油田东营地区实验取得了很好的经济效益。

At present, pipe or rod pump are made of barrel, piston, and fixed valve. The fixed valve leaks easily because of wear, ball valve shuts off slowly because of heavy oil and makes serious leak especially in the heavy oil pumping well. Moreover, the resistance of heavy oil flowing through shallow channel of fixed valve will cause pump suck index very low. In order to resolve the problem,we researched and developed a new type of pump, with the following feature: heavy oil resistant, sanding resistant, gaslocked resistant and so on.Good benefits have been received in shengli Pilfild Dongying area.
