摘要
针对普通链条式抽油机易发生断链跳链、平衡系统复杂以及采用钢丝绳动滑轮机构的抽油机中钢丝绳寿命短等问题,提出了曲柄链条动滑轮式长冲程抽油机的设计方案。该机采用曲柄滑块机构换向,运动平稳,相关机件与普通链条式抽油机相比有较好的受力状态;采用小车平衡重平衡悬点载荷的常量部分,采用曲柄平衡重平衡悬点载荷的变量部分,可获得理想的平衡效果;通过多排链条动滑轮机构增程,并有降低链条总载荷和润滑传动的有效措施,因而有较长的使用寿命。这种抽油机特别适合稠油井及深井的开采,具有较好的应用前景。
In the light of the easily emerging problems of ordinary chain drive pumping unit, such as chainrupture, complex balancedsystem, the short longevity of the wire rope because of wire rope mobile wheel mechanism,the writer puts forward the design plan of the crank chain drive mobile wheel pumping unit with long stroke. Adoped crank crossed reverse mechanism, it moves steadily, and the stress of its correlative mechanism is better than the ordinary pumping unit. It adopts carriage counter weight to balance the constant of the hanging load, and crank counter weight to balance the variety, an ideal balanceable effect is obtained. Using several lines of chains can increase the stroke and have effective measure of decreasing the total loading of the chains and lubricating the drive. So it has a long service life. This unit is especially fit for exploring the heavy oil well and deep well. It will have a wonderful applying foreground.
