摘要
针对国外沙漠施工地锚作业、管件转移、土方装载对设备的需求,同时兼顾降本增效的要求,开发了ZL50F型多用机。该机在ZL50F型装载机的基础上,对动力选配、液压系统、工作机构进行了重新设计,实现了一机多用的功能。液压系统中优先阀的使用实现了双泵合流,工作性能更加节能、高效;使用过桥阀,地锚作业更加安全、可靠性;沙漠用柴油机及宽基低压越野轮胎的选用,提高了设备的环境适应性。5台设备的现场使用,反应良好,其中2台出口土库曼斯坦,受到用户的好评。
To meet the requirements of ground anchor operation,tubular transportation and soil & sand loading in desert areas of abroad,and to meet the requirement of cost decreasing,model ZL50F multifunction machine is developed.This machine is redesigned from the power selection,hydraulic system and working mechanism of ZL50F loading machine,therefore reaches the object of multifunction.The two pumps flowing together is accomplished by using a privileged valve in the hydraulic system,therefore it has such performance as energy saving and high efficiency than before.Its anchoring operation is safer and more reliable than before by using the bridge valve.Its environmental adaptability is improved by using desert diesel engine and wider tyre.This equipment is praised by the user.
