摘要
为使三螺杆泵在油田各种油泵及液压传动装置的供压中得到大量应用 ,介绍了三螺杆泵的结构组成、工作原理及旋风切削法的分析及制造技术研究 ,分析了摆线齿形啮合及滚切形成机理。以 135型三螺杆泵为例 ,对螺杆几何参数设计、螺旋型面的形成、螺杆啮合特性进行了探讨。通过对它的深入研究 ,为油田今后更加广泛地应用起到积极的推动作用。
The design features, operating principle and manufacturing technology are introduced. The mechanism of cycloid gearing and rotary cutting forming is analyzed. By taking 135 three-screw pump as an example, the geometric parameter design, the forming of spiral surface and the characteristic of screw gearing are investigated. The investigation is expected to accelerate the field use of the three-screw pump in oilfields in China.
