摘要
液压胀管研究中采用二维单管模型可大为简化胀接接头的分析,如何选取等效套筒代替管板对分析结果有显著的影响。以正交试验减少计算次数,采用ANSYS软件模拟液压胀接过程,将所得的数据回归得到了等效套筒外直径与材料、几何尺寸和胀接压力之间的关系。
?The tubetubesheet joint analysis can be greatly simplified by considering a single tube surrounded by an annular sleeve representing the tubesheet,which has a remarkable effect on the analysis results.Orthogonal design method is utilized to minimize the number of calculation,and based on the results from numerical simulation used ANSYS,the relationship between the equivalent sleeve diameter and material,dimension and internal pressure is presented.
