旋转闭环钻井系统是现代钻井最先进技术之一 ,它主要由电子控制系统和可变径稳定器组成。其工作原理是电子控制系统使稳定器的 3个柱塞产生不同的推力 ,其合力就是所需的侧向力。如何确定各个柱塞的推力大小是技术关键。文中介绍的计算公式较好地解决了这一问题 ,为电子控制系统的设计提供了理论依据。
The rotary closed-loop drilling system is one of the most modern and advanced drilling technology.It mainly consists of electronic control system and variable diameter stabilizer and its working principle is that the electronic control system makes the three plungers of stabilizer produce different thrusts,and their resultant of forces is just side force which we need.The most important technology is how to determine the thrust of every plunger.The calculating formula in this article can solve the problem very well and also supplies a theoretical basis for the design of electronic control system.
