榆树林油田增效压裂技术研究

STUDY ON FRACTURING STIMULATION TECHNOLOGY FOR LOW PERMEABILITY RESERVIOR IN YUSULIN OILFIELD OF DAQING

摘要 针对榆树林油田的特点 ,分析以往压裂效果差的原因 ,并对常规压裂技术采取了改进措施。该技术使用水力裂缝优化技术 ,优化裂缝支撑半缝长 ;使用多级渐进式加砂程序和较高的砂液比提高裂缝的导流能力 ;使用复合的粘土稳定剂防止粘土膨胀 ;选用快速破胶、彻底返排的优质压裂液减少压裂液对储层的伤害。现场施工 9口井 ,取得了比较好的压裂效果 ,提高了压裂工艺的整体水平。 Yusulin Oilfield has low permeability reservoirs,and the physical properties of the reservoirs are poor.A set of optimizing fracturing technologies and the suitable fracturing fluid systems are presented,based on the comprehensive analysis of formation characteristics and the fracturing practices.This technology involves:using hydraulic fracture-optimization technology optimize the supporting length;using the multi-stage progressive sand adding program and higher sand fluid ratio improve the fracture flow conductivity;using the composite clay stabilizer to prevent clay swelling;selecting quality fracturing fluid minimize formation damage.Through field application in 9 wells,the results show that the fracturing effect of the technologies is very good,and it has improved the integral level of fracturing technology.
