摘要 研究了超精工艺对其磨损性能的影响。结果表明,优化的超精研工艺可使轴承的耐磨损性能比用原工艺加工的轴承优10.9倍,而且达到了SKF 轴承的寿命水平。采用优化工艺加工成的几个微型轴承,安装在两个陀螺上,已正常运行了一万一千多小时以上。 Surface machining technology plays an important role in the service life ofminiature bearing.In this paper,the effect of super-precision lapping on the wear resistance ofbearings was investigated.It showed that as used the optimizing super precision lapping procedure,the wear resistance of the bearings,as measured by radioisotopic method,could be raised to 10.9times than that of using comnon processing and their servicing life comes up to that of SKFbearing.Several trial bearings were assembled and mountea on two marine's gyrocompasses,andhad operated for more than 1100 hours.
